From the phone call which Claudia answered was the main reason I came in .Her professionalism and great customer service made me feel very comfortable with your company. She took the time to listen to my problem and offered great solutions. It's rare that you find such professionalism with somebody on the phone. Upon arriving, Jonathan was very helpful and explained every bit of the procedure being performed to my truck. Both of these people should get a raise . The work that was done was extremely efficient and timely. Thanks again for a great experience.

I had a problem the dealership could not fix. I brought my vehicle to Freedom Automotive and David found the issue and corrected it. I quit using the dealership and now use Freedom Automotive exclusively. The have also checked out my new/used car too. Nice to have a car repair shop you can trust.

They are wonderful and I highly recommend Freedom automotive to everyone. They are extremely friendly and helpful. They go out of their way to accommodate you with whatever request you hav that is within their means.
