My air conditioner was not cooling. Called them at about 5:55 pm (they close at 6, some companies don't answer the phone that close to closing) and was able to schedule my car for service the next morning. They did the dye test and couldn't find any leaks so all I needed was to have a Freon charge. The price was about half the cost of going to the dealer. I've been going to Freedom Automotive for about 21 years and was a bit nervous because of new ownership. Same techs, few new people in the front office and the same excellent service I've come to expect, with the same reasonable rates as before. Plus I like the fact that they will take me home and pick me up when my car is done so I don't have to wait around.
